Band Leg Extension

- The band leg extension exercise will be very helpful in targeting the muscles located in your quadriceps which are found in front of your thighs.
- You will want to make sure that your thigh is held up in place in the air and is not allowed to move or sway back and forth by possibly holding it with your hands.
Band Squat

- The band squat is the band exercise variation of the common squat leg exercise.
- As with any squat exercise, this variation will help you strengthen your glutes (buttocks) as well as your quadriceps (front of your thighs).
Band Stationary Lunge

- The band stationary lunge exercise is performed by extending one leg in front of you and one at the back and by lowering yourself down and raising yourself up again.
- Like the squat exercise above the lunge will allow you to target your quadriceps and your buttocks.
Band Hip Abduction

- The band hip abduction is very efficient at targeting the muscles located in your hips.
- It is performed simply by moving your legs away from each other while an exercise band is tying them up and providing the required resistance.
Band Ankle Eversion

- The band ankle eversion is a good band exercise if you are looking to strengthen the muscles located in your calves (back of the lower legs).
- Simply move your feet away from each other while an exercise band is tying them up and providing the required resistance.
Band Calf Raise

- Finally, the band calf raise band exercise is the variation of the well known calf exercise.
- It is performed by tying your toes down and raising them up while being held down by the exercise band.
